Printing at the Library/College of Business

PaperCut is currently available at the Mary and John Gray Library and the College of Business.  PaperCut is a web-based print management system that is assisting LU in becoming cost efficient in the area of printing in open labs.

Accessing myPaperCut Account

  1. If you have an active LEA account, you can print with PaperCut.
  2. Select the Details link on the PaperCut Balance dialog window at a workstation to access the PaperCut login box.

  3. Enter their LEA credentials to log in.

  4. You will be able to print 1,000 black/white pages free of charge per semester.

Print Documents

  1. At your workstation, submit the print job as you normally would. Next, locate the Print Release Station at the nearest printer in the Library or in the College of Business.
  2. At the Print Release Station, log in with your LEA credentials and click OK.

  3. Once you have logged in, select the desired job and click the Print link.

    1. To add to your printing quota, first go to the Library Circulation desk to purchase a PaperCut card. You will receive 200 pages for $10. The circulation desk will only accept cash for this transaction. Debit and Credit Cards are not being accepted at this time.
    2. After purchasing a PaperCut card, log in to your PaperCut Account (Select Details in the dialog box on a workstation) and select the Redeem Card link.
    3. Enter the card information from the receipt given to you by the Library Circulation desk staff and select Redeem Card.

    4. Verify the transaction by selecting the Transaction History link.

    5. If the printout is of poor quality, visit the Library Circulation desk or lab administrator.
    6. To receive a refund, go to the Library Circulation desk.
