Transcripts can be ordered in person, by mail, or online. Most requests should be processed within a business day. (Note: Course work taken prior to Fall 1995 may not appear on the computer system. These requests may take upwards of 3 business days for processing.)
Photo identification is required when ordering your transcript, as well as when picking up your transcript. WE DO NOT FAX OFFICIAL OR UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS.
If you select the hold for degree option, your transcript will be mailed the week after graduation. Do not choose this option after the date of your graduation.
Students are allowed five (5) transcripts per long semester at no charge. Each additional transcript per long semester will cost $5. All transcripts ordered online through Credentials Inc (see below) will cost $2.60.

Transcripts can be ordered in person in room 112 of the Wimberly building. Generally, these requests can be processed while you wait.
Mail & Email Requests
Include a written request with the following information:
- Full name
- Student identification number
- Date of birth
- Approximate dates you attended
- Where you would like the transcript mailed
- Your signature
- Copy of your photo identification

Unofficial transcripts are free. They are given in person in room 112 of the Wimberly building and photo identification is required. Unofficial transcripts will not be faxed.
