Class Descriptions

ZUMBA: Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

CYCLING: A high energy class for all levels with great music and motivating Instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints on stationary bikes while burning calories all the way!

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Cardio Kickboxing is a popular training program that is a fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing, and dance moves. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block, and move in each Cardio Kickboxing class.

YOGA: This class is for all levels and taught from the ground up. It is a true blend of the ancient study including breathing exercises and meditation.
