Class Descriptions

ZUMBA: Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

CYCLING: A high energy class for all levels with great music and motivating Instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints on stationary bikes while burning calories all the way!

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Cardio Kickboxing is a popular training program that is a fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing, and dance moves. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block, and move in each Cardio Kickboxing class.

HIP HOP STEP: For a great cardiovascular workout, nothing beats Hip Hop STEP! Adjustable step heights allow you to customize your own workout to the cool beats of Hip Hop Music and funky choreography!

HIP HOP CYCLING: A fun and upbeat cycling class to the cool beats of Hip Hop Music with funky choreography incorporated on the bike!

PILATES: Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. Pilates focuses specifically on the core (abdominals and lower back) and helps to promote flexibility and stability.

YOGA: This class is for all levels and taught from the ground up. It is a true blend of the ancient study including breathing exercises and meditation.

YOGA TONE: The class is a fun and revitalizing workout that combines yoga postures and strength training including a cool down with a refreshing body breath exploring meditation.

X FIT: This full body workout combines strength training and cardio conditioning to improve your cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. X FIT mixes aerobic exercise, body weight exercises, and weight lifting.

EASTERN DANCE LEVEL 1: Get swept away by the sounds of the Middle East while learning the history and dance from Egypt, Turkey, Romania, Lebanon and places afar. You will fall in love with this journey as we will start at the very beginning. Class will have a warmup, basic dance drills, and choreography allowing the music to take you on a journey of self-discovery.

WATER YOGA: A fun and effective practice that adapts traditional Yoga postures to an aquatic environment. From a physical standpoint, practicing asanas (poses or postures) in the water causes less stress on the joints and provides a feeling of success by allowing students to experience postures they may be unable to achieve on land.

WATER AEROBICS: Join the fun at the pool and get your heart healthy. Water aerobics is for all levels and will keep you fit. You will burn fat while having fun with easy moves that will shape and sculpt you a whole new body.
