Rec Sports is committed to promoting health and wellness at Lamar University and to providing continuous opportunities for fitness every semester. We offer the latest Group Fitness classes from Zumba to Cycling and more! We also have Personal Trainers on staff who can help you achieve your health goals.

Physical activity is a key to a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise can increase your energy and improve your confidence. Our programs are tailored to every fitness and skill level. We encourage you to try something new this semester!
